A new equity reclaim hotline is now live, offering free, real-time help for Florida residents seeking to recover surplus funds from past foreclosure sales. Homeowners and heirs can speak directly with recovery specialists to determine eligibility and start the filing process.
“It’s faster than calling a courthouse, and it’s completely focused on getting your money back,” said a hotline coordinator.
The hotline is open six days a week and available in English and Spanish.
