Clerks of court in several Florida counties are joining forces with certified recovery groups to launch the Claim Your Surplus campaign — a public initiative to educate residents about foreclosure refunds.
“The money is there — but people need support to claim it properly,” said a partnering clerk of court.
Events include surplus fund lookups, on-site notarization, and affidavit assistance.
