A statewide pilot program is bringing digital processing to foreclosure cases in select Florida counties, allowing for faster filings, e-notifications, and surplus fund alerts.
“This could change the speed of foreclosure — and help homeowners better track and respond,” said a court modernization advocate.
Counties involved in the pilot include Orange, Palm Beach, and Lee.
